Mr. and Mrs. George Hiter Davis, Jr. of Washington, Virginia, Rappahannock County, announce the engagement of their daughter, Dorothy Taylor, to Mr. Reverdy Hamlin Jones III, son of Dr. and Mrs. Jones of Fairmont, West Virginia.
Miss Davis is a senior at Madison College, majoring in Elementary Ed uca t ion. Mr. Jones will be a June graduate at Virginia Military Institute and has been accepted for the fall term at Washington and Lee Law School. The wedding will take place in August. Her grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. B. R. Cox of Washington and Dr. and Mrs. George H. Davis of Warrenton.
His grandparents are Mrs. Reverdy H. Jones and the late Mr. Jones of Portsmouth and Mr. Albert James Lobb of Fairmont, West Virginia.
