Party on 75th Birthday
A surprise birthday party was given on Sunday, May 26 in honor of Mr. Frank L. Atkins who celebrated his 75th birthday. The party was given by Mrs. E. M. Estes and Mrs. Elmer S. Atkins at the home of Mr. Atkins’ daughter Mrs. E. M. Estes. Those attending were Mr. and Mrs. Frank Atkins; Mr. and Mrs. E. M. Estes; Mrs. Virgie M. Atkins, Mr. and Mrs. Elmer S. Atkins and children, Beverly, Judy, and Kenny Wayne, all of Sperryville; Mr. and Mrs. William Atkins, of Hyattsville, Md., Mr. and Mrs. Jimmie Bennett and children, Bobby and Amy, of Woodbridge; Mr. and Mrs. Hunter Dodson of Woodville and Mrs. Maggie Atkins and daughter Shirley and grand son Dennis of Linden. There werefourgenerations present for the occasion. They included Mr. and Mrs. Frank L. Atkins, their two children, their four grandchildren and their two great-grandchildren.
