To the Fox Hunter, S-e-p-t-e-m-b-e-r-r-r has the ring and excitement, as does T-i-m-b-e-r-r-r to the Lumber Jack. It tells of cool, crisp days. It pictures camouflage of brilliant colors. It means fall hunting and field trialing. September is Northern Virginia Fox Hunter’s Association’s Field Trial month! A trial that all who attend enjoy and all who don’t, regret.
The Officers, Directors and Members plan it that way. They start work in November of the preceding year. By June things commence to take form. By July all major ingredients have been added and the mold completed. Every detail has been thought of and polished by August.
