At a recent meeting of Rappahannock fruit growers, Herbert Foster was elected as delegate, with Robert Miko as alternate dejegate, to meetings of the Hort Society at which time it would be decided whether the apple tax should or should ftotbd raised and whether on fresh apples or on processed apples.
