Charlie Smith of Flint Hill has completed his tour of military duty and returns to civilian life this week. Charlie, who was a Sp/5 with the U. S. Army, served 33 months and 12 days. Of this time 25 months were spent in overseas duty in Vietnam. He was stationed in Long Binh, Bear Cat and Di Am. He is the son of Mrs. Eva Smith of Flint Hill and will be affiliated with his brother Galley Smith and Mike Vest in the trucking business.
