Mr. Sophia said, “Our IGA studies have shown that Rappahannock County is beginning now to grow and to justify a modem food store. In the years to come I expect to see the population, the income, and the real estate values increase much more rapidly than in the past. We want to be a part of this growth. Furthermore, a modem food store will be an encouragement to people to live in this area."
