; Walkers Feted On ; Mr. and Mrs. Deward Edgar ; Walker, Sr. observed their twenty-fifth wedding anniversary ' with a social hour and turkey dinner, held at Quality Motor Courts Restaurant in Front ; Royal, on Wednesday evening, December 4, 1968 at 7 p.m. The immediate family and surviving members of the original bridal party were present for the happy occasion. After the dinner, they returned to Mr. and Mrs. Walker’s home, “The Limberlost Cottage” for cutting of the anniversary cake and a small champagne party, during which time, Mrs. Walker’s sister, Mrs. Willis B. Shuler of New Brunswick, New Jersey, modeled Mrs. Walker’s lovely white satin wedding gown which she wore twenty-five years ago. Mr. and Mrs. Walker were married on December 4, 1943 at 4:30 in the afternoon in the Mt. Vernon Methodist Church in Washington, D. C.
