Supper for Minister
The ladies of the community of Chester Gap will entertain with a supper honoring their local firemen and extending a welcome to the new pastor of the Chester Gap Baptist Mission, the Rev. Mathina and Mrs. Mathina. The supper is scheduled for Saturday evening, February 15, at the fire hall and serving will begin at 5 p.m. Residents of the community are invited to attend. There is no admission.
County Garden Club Will Meet Feb. 19th
The regular monthly meeting of the Rappahannock County Garden Club will be on Wednesday, February 19th at two o’clock. Mrs. W. C. Hall will be hostess at her home near Washington, Va. The exhibit for this month is a line arrangement using forced branches.
