Amis*ville HD Club Welcome* New Members
Eighteen members of the AmissviUe Homemakers Club welcomed three visitors at the regular February meeting held Thursday evening The visitors were Mrs. Charles Kindred, Mrs. C. S. Cooley and Mrs. George Self.
Home Agent, Miss Judy Buriner conducted the demonstration on “Clothes and Me”. Other business was the appointing of committees for the year and plans made for serving dinner to the local Ruritan Club three times in 1969. A crochet workshop was announced and held Tuesday, and further meetings will be arranged. Mrs. Charlie Priest and Mrs. H. R. Terhune were hostesses for the meeting.
