The Commission of Game and Inland Fisheries at a meeting held] In Richmond, Virginia, on January! 10, 1909, ordered the following proposed changes in its regulations j pursuant to Sections L’9-l£5, 29-120] and 29-127 of the Code of Virginia.] A public hearing for the purpose i of adopting such changes will be! held at Room 100. 7 North Second Street, Richmond. Virginia, at 9:30 a.m. March 7. 1909.

CHAPTER 18. TURKEY Amend Regulation R 18-2.1 to rend ns follows:

It shall be lawful to hunt bearded turkevs onlv from April 19 to May 10, 1909, both dates inclusive, from one-half hour before sunrise to 11 o’clock a.m., statewide, except in the counties of Buchanan. Dickenson. Lee. Russell, Scott and Wise; and on Clinch Mountain Wildlife Management Area in Smvth and Tazewell counties and Hidden Valley Wildlife Management Area in Washington County, which shall be closed to hunting. Bearded turkevs shall be hunted hv calling. It shall be unlawful to use dogs or organize drives for the nnruose of hunting.
