Jay Alther of Washington was an overnight guest Friday of Richie Burke. Mrs. Garfield Burke and son Richie spent Sunday at Graves Mountain Lodge in Syria.
Mr. and Mrs. Clifton Clark and Misty Hitt were recent guests of Mr. and Mrs. Jim Griffith of Culpeper. Mr. Griffith enjoyed a fox hunt Monday night with Mr. Clark and Richard Burke.
Mrs. H. B. Winfrey was a dinner guest of Mr. and Mrs. E. 0. Willis, jr. of Culpeper on Sunday.
Mr. and Mrs. Rodney Vest, John Vest, and Mrs. Grady Vest and daughters of Flint Hill were Sunday evening visitors of Grady Vest who is a patient in Winchester Memorial Hospital. Mr. and Mrs. Rodney Vest also visited with Mrs. Louise Varner who is a patient in the hospital.
The Woodville Baptist Church W.M.S. met at the church Wednesday night with four members present.
Mrs. K. P. Grigsby with Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Grigsby and family of Irvington, N. J. has been vacationing in Florida for the past two weeks. They spent the first four days on a Tupperware Jubilee in Orlando and sightseeing in St. Augustine and Dillon, South Carolina the remaining time.
