BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS Rappahannock County, Virginia NOTICE PUBLIC HEARING The Potomac Edison Company of Virginia, Luray, Virginia has applied for a special use permit in accordance with Article 2, Section 2-2-27 and 2-2-17 of the zoning ordinance of Rappahannock County, Va. The above named applicant desires to rebuild the present subtransmission line from Sperryville sub station south along Route 522 to the Culpeper County line. Also to construct a sub-transmission line across the southern end of Rappahannock County from a point in the County line northwest of Slate Mills near Route 231 to a point in the County northeast of Slate Mills near Route 650. A hearing has been scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 16, 1969 in the County Courthouse of Washington, Virginia.
