Mr. and Mrs. “Shorty” Seal and family moved into Mrs. Mattie Wines’ house last week.
The children of Mrs. Addie Wines gave her a picnic birthday dinner on Sunday. There were approximately 60 present which included her 12 children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She received many presents.

H. P. Cheney suffered a very painful accident while at work last Thursday. He received a badly mashed and lacerated right thumb. He was treated and underwent minor surgery at Warren Memorial Hospital emergency room and was released.
Mrs. Shirley Shelton and brother, Howard Cheney attended a birthday dinner for the former’s daughter-in-law, Mrs. Robert D. Shelton in Dover, Delaware on Sunday.
