Defendants

The object of this suit is t«> partition title to certain land Toliver Bennett died seized and possessed of. located in Hawthorne Magisterial District. Rappahannock County. Virginia, said land containing ten (10) acres, more or less, as more fully recited in said Bill of Complaint.

An affidavit having been made and tiled, the following is not a resident of the State of Virginia. *nd the last known post office address is correctly set forth opposite his name listed below: Reid B. Bennett Address Unknown, and returns having been made by the Sheriff of Arlington County that the subpoena in Chancery with » copy of the Bill of Complaint in this suit attached for service on fhe said Reid B. Bennett whose last known address was IKK) North Stafford Street. Arlington, Virginia, with the words on said subpoena so returned by said Sheriff, to-wit: "not found in my bailiwick”

It is ordered that the said nonresident defendant, Reid B. Bennett do appear within ten days after due publication of this order and do what is necessary to protect his interest.

It is further ordered that the f.ng portion o! this order be published once a week for four successive weeks in the Rappahannock News, a newspaper having general circulation in the County of Rappahannock. Virginia, within ten days after the entry of this order of publication, and that the Clerk mail a copy thereof to each of the said defendants at the post “ffico addresses given in the affidavit herein within ten days after the entry ol the order of publication and file a certificate of the fact in the papers of this cause.
