Information Operator, Miss Ada Compton, smiles happily as she awaits the distribution of her most able assistant, the 1969 Culpeper Telephone Directory, which is being mailed or delivered to all C & P customers in the Culpeper area this week. According to F. Wayne Dementi, local manager, there is one important change in the format of the new directory. Instead of separate sections (Culpeper, Madison, SperryviUe, Orange, etc.), the directory will be consolidated into one overall alphabetized listing. He stated that this change was instituted in order to help the subscriber find a listing more easily. The consolidated directory will prevent the subscriber from first having to find the correct section before seeking the desired listing. Dementi added that should any customer fail to receive his directory before September 15 to please contact the Business Office in Culpeper.
