Mr. and Mrs. E. M. Jones, Ned Moffett Jones, Miss Segar Jones and Mrs. Lewis J. Turner left Wednesday for Lynchburg to attend the wedding Thursday of Miss Rebecca Gates Jones and Arne Fredrik Olsen. Mrs. Bertie Lib Moffett entertained at luncheon Sunday at the Cavern and Coach Restaurant in Luray for Mrs. W. M. Fletcher, Mrs. L. J. Turner, Mrs. W. H. Massie, Jr., Mrs. W. G. Eastham and Miss Marion Eastham. A family birthday dinner honoring Mrs. W. M. Fletcher was held Sunday night at Travelers Inn, Catlett. Mrs. T. C. Lea left Thursday for Lynchburg, called there by the death of her uncle, Robert D. Massie. Mrs. W. H. Massie, Jr. will spend Thanksgiving Day at the home of Mr. and Mrs. W. G. Eastham at Red Hill Farm, Amissville.
