BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF RAPPAHANNOCK COUNTY, VIRGINIA, u follows:
SECTION 1. It shall be unlawful for any person to deposit or cause to be deposited in any county owned or leased trash receptacle or dumping: pit any:
(1) Combustible paper, wood or foliage material.
(2) Dead animal or fowl.
(3) Agricultural or horticultural product or material.
(4) Garbage. SECTION 2. It shall be unlawful for any person to deposit or cause to be deposited any trash on the ground or within the area outside of and surrounding any County owned or leased trash receptacle or dumping pit. SECTION 3. It shall be unlawful for any person to deposit or cause to be deposited in Rappahannock County any trash originating as such in any other town, city or county.
