Mr. and Mrs. Paul D. Summers had as their guests at The Shade for the holiday week-end Mrs. Summers’ son-in-law and daughter Mr. and Mrs. William W. Anderson of Potomac, Md., her sister Mrs. Lucille Andrews of Washington, D C. and grandson Derek Wilson from Hawaii and the Summers’ niece Mrs. Win C. Weldon and two sons C. Raymond and Andrew Weldon of Potomac, Md.

Mr. and Mrs. Warren Foster moved Monday from the Watts Apartments to their new home off the Fodder Stack Road.

Guests this week of Col. and Mrs. E. A. McNear at Greenwood are their son-in-law and daughter Mr. and Mrs. Charles Weitz and two children of Troy, Mich.

Mrs. L. J. Turner returned home Thursday after visiting her son and daughter-in-law Dr. and Mrs. John Turner at Chapel Hill, N. C. Her grandchildren Mary and Louis Turner returned home with her. Dr. and Mrs. Turner moved this week from Chapel Hill to Warrenton where they will make their home.

Mr. and Mrs. Willard D. Miller of Ruskin, Fla. are guests this week of Mrs. Elmo D. Flynt.

Mrs. B. M. Miller attended the Gore family reunion Saturday at the home of Mr. and Mrs. A. Lawton Blankenbaker at Haywood. Her Sunday night supper guests were Mrs. Mark Johnson and children of Luray.

Mrs. Holden McClung of Strasburg was a guest last Wednesday of Mrs. J. M. Lillard on Blue Ridge Avenue. Her Sunday visitors were Miss Becky Edmonds of Front Royal, Mrs. Luther Coppage of Marshall and her daughter Mrs. Reba Heyl of Warrenton.

Mr. and Mrs. H. Magruder Keyser and three sons of Clifton were Saturday visitors of Mrs. H. M. Keyser and her sister Mrs. S. Jacobsen and of J. D. Keyser.
