The Gravin Image, a four-piece rock band composed of local youtns, emerxainea aunng the Fourth program. They are Billy Payne, C. G. Thornhill, Doug Larimer and Eddie Huff. Mr. and Mrs. George Davis graciously provided space for the band to perform on their lawn. Mr. and Mrs. Davis each added a distinct touch to the celebration; she in her white shirt ablaze with red and blue rockets and stars; he with his red,white and blue tie with stars and stripes and a maple cane with a patriotic emblem carved on it which he had purchased at a flea market in Vermont.
