Not only is skin cancer the easiest cancer to detect, but it is also one cancer than can be prevented. For those who can’t resist sun, Dr. Horsley has a few helpful words of advice. “First, know your skin type and its sun tolerance. Fairhaired, blue-eyed individuals are generally more sensitive to the rays of the sun than dark-haired, brown-eyed persons,” he said.
