Default having been made in the payment of the in* debtedness secured by that certain deed of trust dated December 14, 1972, executed by Phillip P. Ringsborg, divorced, and Richard N. Ringsborg, unmarried, unto John Alexander and T. Linwood May, Trustees, securing Fauquier Savings and Loan Association payment of the sum of $18,500.00, of record in Deed Book No. 105 at page 181 of the land records of Rappahannock, Virginia, and at the written request of the holder of the indebtedness thereby secured, the undersigned Trustees will, on the 21st day of September, 1973, at the hour of 12:00 o’clock noon, offer for sale before the front door of the Circuit Courthouse building in the Town of Washington, Rappahannock County, Virginia, the following described real estate, to-wit:
