In Loving memory of our little son, Robert Alan Johnson, who departed this life two years ago, September 23, 1971.
Two years ago you said Good-bye and went to live with our Saviour on High.
God saw you suffer, He knew you had your share so He called you home and took you in His care.
Our home is not the same son, since you went away. It’s a mighty lonely place without your sweet voice and smiling face.
We can’t bring back the days when we were all together, but all our lonely heartaches and all our many tears will keep us close forever.
Your life is a beautiful memory. Your silence is our grief. We know that you are resting in a Land of perfect sunshine and peace.
Someday when God calls us home too, we will meet you on that Beautiful Shore. Then we won’t have to part anymore.
