Mrs. Jeffries
A funeral service for Mrs. Marie Spicer Jeffries of AmissviUe was held Tuesday at the Geest Funeral Home Chapel, conducted by the Rev. Wyman Hall. Burial was in Hillcrest Memory Gardens near Jeffersonton.
Mrs. Jeffries, 54, wife of Leslie Franklin Jeffries, Sr. died September 15, 1973, at the University of Virginia Hospital. She was a native of Culpeper County and a member of Amissville Baptist Church.
Besides her husband she is survived by five daughters, Mrs. Frances Barron of Marshall, Mrs. Mildred Wince of Rixeyville, Miss Louise Jeffries, Miss Effie Jeffries and Miss Lillian Jeffries, all of Amissville; five sons, Richard Jeffries of Rixeyville, Johnny Jeffries, Leslie Jeffries, Jr., Russell
