ORDER OF PUBLICATION
The object of this suit is to have a sale of a certain tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in Piedmont Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, containing 145 acres, more or less, this being the same land devised by William G. Wood to Solomon Bruce for life with the remainder to the defendants set forth in the above captioned cause. The 145 acre tract was allotted to said Soloman Bruce and said remainder-men be decree entered in the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in the certain chancery cause under the short style of C. J. Miller, Jr., et al. vs. Jonas Alther, et al., designated as Chancery Cause #1997. The suit further seeks authority to invest the proceeds of sale as authorized by law and, to pay the income therefrom to the complainant during his lifetime and for general relief.
