VIRGINIA Governor Mills Godwin this week ordered statewide mandatory limitation of gasoline sales to alternate days, beginning at midnight, February 20.
Godwin acted under emergency powers granted him last week by the Virginia General Assembly. Under the order there will be no ban on Sunday gasoline sales.
