Hugh Starks
A funeral service for Hugh Daniel Starks of Washington, Va. was held Sunday at First Baptist Church conducted by the Rev. R. P. Pringle. Burial was in the Odd Fellows Cemetery at Washington.
Mr. Starks, 86, died February 14, 1974 in Warren Memorial Hospital, Front Royal. A native of Rappahannock County, he was the son of the late Daniel Starks and Catherine Lloyd Starks. He was a farmer and a member of the First Baptist Church of Washington.
He is survived by his wife, the former Miss Maria Roberts; six daughters, Mrs. Esther Whitehead of Richmond, Mrs. Mary Wilmar, Mrs. Iris Hill and Mrs. Irene Kohl, all of Washington, D.C.,
