Mr. and Mrs. Charles Wood of Blacksburg, former residents of Flint Hill, are presently spending some time in the Philippine Islands where Mr. Wood is connected with a program of Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
The Tech project is a nutrition program designed to aide the Islanders in the preservation of food. Facilities for canning and preserving are being instituted under the technical assistance of V.P.I. □
