THE General Assembly has passed its deadline for the introduction of bills and resolutions and there are now a total of 1,566 bills and 191 resolutions which have been introduced in the House and Senate.
As usual, the legislature is headed into a crunch during the last week of the session and many people, including legislators, often wonder why this is always the case.
