“But let’s think about this thing together a little more. We have some budget income this year from revenue sharing,” Luke said. “But that’s one of those programs the federal government started with no promise that it will continue past next year. Plus our contract with the trash pick-up service runs over every year. We’re doing all we can to avoid that. We have Pitch In—recycling, collecting the old cars, everything—but it still runs over.”
