Mrs. Joe Murphy and sons, Mike and Mark of Winston-Salem, N.C. spent last week with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Brown Miller. They joined Mr. Murphy in Washington, D. C. for the weekend returning to North Carolina Tuesday. Jim Miller, who has been transferred from Cinm, Ohio to Roanoke, also was a weekend guest of his parents.

Mrs. Robert W. Brown was a Sunday overnight guest of Mr. and Mrs. W. B. Nichols in Culpeper.

Justin Corbin of Etlan spent the weekend with his grandmother, Mrs. Marshall Corbin.

Mrs. W.H. Lyne entertained members of the Susan Wood Circle with a luncheon last Wednesday. Mrs. Lile Sisk was guest of honor and additional guests were Mrs. Frank Tabler, Mrs. John P. Snead, Jr. and Mrs. George Hawkins. Mr. and Mrs. Lyne were in Charlottesville on business Monday.

Mrs. Lester Dodson spent last week with Mr. and Mrs. Larry Oden in Sharpsburg, Md. returning home Sunday with Mrs.
