The object of this suit is to quiet the title of Jack Moskowitx and Fay Moskowitz,'complainants in the above mentioned Bill of Complaint to a certain real estate in Stonewall Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, off State Secondary Route #749, containing 10.476 acres, sold land alleged to . have been obtained by the - complainants and their predecessors in title by adverse possession for a period in excess of thirty (30) years. An affidavit having been made and filed that there are or . may be persons interested in the subject matter of the suit whose names are unknown ’ and making them parties defendant by the general description of “PARTIES UNKNOWN.”

It is ordered that the said persons made defendant by the general description of “Unknown heirs, devisees, and successors in title or unknown parties” do appear ; within ten days after the publication of this order and do what is necessary to pro- _ tect their interests.

It is further ordered that the foregoing portion of this order be published once a week for four successive^ weeks in the RAPP AH AN- : NOCK NEWS, a newspaper published in the County of Rappahannock, State of Virginia; that a copy be posted at the front door of this Court l House of said Rappahannock ^ County, Virginia, within ten? days after the entry of thisr order of publication, and that* the Clerk file a certificate* of the fact in the papers of - this case. - jy
