Pursuant to the provisions of a second deed of trust executed by Peter H. Kramer and Joyce G. Kramer, husband and wife, to James W. Fltecher, Trustee, said deed of trust being dated December 5, 1973 and recorded December 7, 1973, in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Book 109 at page 321, to secure the payment of a debt therein described, default having been made in the payment of said debt and at the request of the legal holder thereof (the debt and obligations secured by said deed of trust having been declared by the holder to be due and payable), the undersigned, James W.
