FANNING BAUMGARDNER, Rappahannock’s newly appointed building inspector, explained the “BOCA code” to the Supervisors at their meeting last Thursday. But several of the Supervisors made it clear they weren’t enthusiastic about “putting more law on the books.”
Baumgardner said he wasn’t “recommending” the code; he was presenting it for them to consider. But this is the code that is used throughout the state, he said.
