ANNOUNCEMENT has been made of the parade and prize winners at Flint Hill’s annual carnival and parade, which grossed in excess of $20,000, according to a spokesman for the fire and rescue organizations which benefit from the event.
Alton Atwood of Front Royal was awarded the car, a 1974 Ford; R.E. Craft of Castleton received the $75 cash while Mike Legge of Middletown was awarded $50 and Sammy Foster, Front Royal $25.
