And an affidavit having been made and filed that the defendants Patricia Grigsby, Cecilia Grigsby Gonzalez, Esteban Gonzalez, III, Stephanie Gonzalez, Sebastian Gonzalez, Randell Gonzalez, Esteban Gonzalez, Jr., Lucy Grigsby, Ethel Grigsby Fletcher, and Charles Fletcher are nonresidents of the State of Virginia, and that the unborn children and issue of Frank Grigsby; the unknown heirs of Frank Grigsby, the unknown heirs of George Frank Grigsby; the unknown and unborn heirs of Patricia Grigsby; the unknown and unborn heirs of Cecilia Grigsby Gonzalez; the unknown and unborn heirs of Morris Grigsby; the unknown and unborn heirs of Ethel Grigsby Fletcher; the persons unknown or persons yet to be born or created in any manner whatsoever, and parties unknown, if any, are parties unknown, and that there are or may be persons interested in the subject to be disposed of whose names and addresses are unknown, it is ordered that they do appear within ten days after due publication hereof, and do what may be necessary to protect their interest in this suit. And it is further ordered that a copy hereof be published once a week for four successive weeks in the Rappahannock News; that a copy be posted at the front door of the Court House of Rappahannock County, Virginia, within ten days after the entry of this order of publication, and that the Clerk mail a copy hereof to each of the said defendants to the post office addresses given in the affidavit herein within ten days after the entry of this order of publication and file a certificate of the fact in the papers of this case.
