Our electric bills are too high without reason. If necessary we must write to demand a reduction in those bills even if that reduction means a few thousand per year less for the Boys in the Front Office. ,
Write to the good Editor of the Rappahannock News. Offer your suggestions for attack. Circulate a petition at your church; your P.T.A.; your Civic Club or any other organization. We must assert ourselves, present a united front and demand an equitable utility charge. This is our battle, no one else will fight it for us.
