Jackie Estes was the first place winner in the District Five VICA electrical wiring contest held March 8 at Thomas A. Edison High School, Alexandria. He competed with 13 other contestants. Jackie is a second year student at Rappahannock County High School and attends classes at Piedmont Technical Education Center near Culpeper. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Everett Estes of Washington, and will go to Richmond April 12 for state competition.
