TWO “obvious” steps that could be taken to alleviate the “energy crisis” would be to stop building interstate highways, and encourage small farms instead of giant “agribusiness” operations. These were among the suggestions made by Wilson Clark when he spoke at Rappahannock Elementary School last Friday night.
