Mrs. Don Deal and son Michael of Culpeper are spending the week with Mr. and Mrs. Orley Seal while Mr. Deal is attending classes in the University of Virginia. Michael was hospitalized in Warren Memorial Hospital from Saturday until Monday due to a virus, but is doing satisfactorily.
Mr. and Mrs. James Bussey of Roanoke spent Fathers Day weekend with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Willie B. Mills.□

SCOUT TRAINING
Andy Nichols of Flint Hill has received a week’s training at National Camping School at Camp Powhatan in Hiwassee, Va. He was instructed in many phases of camping which will in turn help him with his position as field sports director at Camp Rock Enon at Gore. This is the camp for Boy Scouts of the Shenandoah Area Council which includes Rappahannock. Andy is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Paul Nichols.U
