4th activities
The Rappahannock League for Environmental Protection (RLEP) will sponsor daytime activities in Washington, Va. on July 4 including a flea market, puppet show, foods, crafts demonstration, auction, contests and entertainment.
Organizations or individuals who are interested in participating or donating items to the flea market should contact Peter Kramer at 675-3625. A 15% booth rental commission will be charged. The Fourth activities begin at noon and will continue until evening to coincide with the program and fireworks at Avon Hall.
Proceeds from the day’s events will be used for a Supreme Court appeal of the recent powerline decision handed down by the SCC.D

The Ladies Auxiliary to the Washington Fire Company expresses appreciation to all who gave to and attended the bake sale held Saturday. The total amount taken in was $112.55. Thank you again.
