IT WAS after this that Baumgardner drafted his letter to the Supervisors. In the letter, Baumgardner said he will be glad to continue to serve as county engineer, building inspector and secretary to the planning commission, if the Supervisors, the chairman of the Planning Commission and the chairman of the county Water and Sanitation Authority wish him to do so.
