Thrift shop
The Thrift Shop sponsored by the Ladies Auxiliary to the Washington Fire Company and Rescue Squad is open each Wednesday and"Friday from 10 until 4 at its location in the basement of Washington post office building.
Among interesting items for sale are an electric organ, lots of glassware, and wearing apparel of all ages. “There are many good bargains. If you have items which you are not using and wish to dispose of the Thrift Shop will accept saleable articles. For pickup service call 675-3608,” said Ruth Clark, president.□
