Elder Thomas Jett, Sr., 79, of Flint Hill died June 9, 1975 in the Towers Nursing Home in Charlottesville. He was a native of Huntly, the son of the late Webb Jett and Sarah Carter Jett. His wife was the late Rosa Brown Jett.
A funeral service conducted by Elder Aaron Fletcher will be held Friday at 2 p.m. at the Primitive Baptist Church, Huntly, with burial in the Jett cemetery there.
