Commissioner Vern L. Hill of the Divison of Motor Vehicles has reminded Virginia owners of trucks, tractors, trailers and motorcycles that month and year decals must be displayed on license plates by March 31, when all “miscellaneous” vehicles join passenger cars under the stag-' gered month, decal system.
“Approximately 20% of the owners have not yet responded to notices sent them,” said Hill, “and they risk inconvenience if they wait until the last minute.”
