James Secrist, W.L. Barrington, M.J. Bishop, H.S. Ozarko of c/o Box 37B, Castletoo has applied for a Special Use Permit in accordance with Article 7, Section 1-2 of the Zoning Ordinance of Rappahannock County, Virginia.
