vivors include two daughters, Mrs. Mary Ashby Alexander of Sterling and Mrs. Sarah Frances Heflin of Front Royal; three sons, Edgar B. Hawkins of Washington, James T. Hawkins of Castleton and Orie M. Hawkins of Front Royal; 26 grandchildren; 44 great-grandchildren; and a sister, Mrs. Bertha Burke of Woodville.
Funeral services were held Wednesday at Five Fork Regular Baptist Church by the Rev. Thornton Hartley and the Rev. Allen Esteppe. Burial followed in the Hawkins family cemetery.□
