ON MARCH 11, Baumgardner inspected a modular building suggested by Dr. LeGarde as a possible Rappahannock County office. The current cost of such a structure is $16.90 per square foot complete and ready for occupancy.
Dr. LeGarde advised Baumgardner that the State Health Department and State Welfare Department would each pay one half the amortization cost of their part of a public building over a ten year period. □
