Mr. and Mrs. Samuel M. Jett of Flint Hill announce the engagement of their daughter, Brenda Gaye, to Lewis A. French, son of the late Mr. and Mrs. L.A. French of Warrenton.
Ms. Jett is a graduate of Rappahannock County High School, Washington and Virginia State College in Petersburg, and is employed with the Warren County School Board.
Mr. French is a graduate of Cardozo High School m Washington, D.C. and served in the U.S. Marines. He is working with Metro Area Transport in Washington, D.C.
