The Rappahannock Board of Supervisors recognized its value with a special proclamation, which was issued in connection with their Resolution naming April, Cancer Month in the county. Many local people, too many to mention by name, gave their time, skills and talents to help.
The doctors interviewed 141 people and from this number found that 30% of them had various skin problems serious enough to warrant special attention from their own doctors. We, the Rappahannock Unit feel this is indicative of die need for and the success of the clinics.
