CONGRESSMAN J. Kenneth Robinson has urged Rappahannock ^County residents, and others affected, to save envelopes of mail to and from Front Royal and Culpeper “to help build a strong case against the ridiculous changes in routing made by the Postal Service.”

Robinson said the date of receipt should be marked on the envelopes for comparison with the postmarks, and those reflecting delays over former service should be sent to him at the U.S. House of Representatives, Washington, D.C. 20515.
